I worked at Apple from 2001 to 2009. I was part of the original marketing team for Aperture, and have been working with it since it was just a puddle of warm code. I've put a lot of heart and soul into this product, and am proud to say that it has my fingerprints all over it. Many of the features and workflows you see today are a result of my involvement, influence, and generally begging engineers to see things my way. I've stood on stages all over the world presenting this product (including launching 1.0 at PhotoPlus in New York in 2005), have written countless demos and scripts for it, and most importantly — as a professional photographer, I use it nearly every day.
